You only drop to using Top 40 when the Top 20 is viewed as relatively weak %
In saying that i'm not sure why they even bother with it
Replacing Top 20's with Top 40's often scream desperation and by the looks of it they are really just doing it for another 5 % .... It's still low compared to many others - is it worth for that 5% ? I'd say it does very little.
