Even though I don't know how they estimate those numbers for different streams of revenues and how reliable those numbers are, but they at least have some clear goals on their revenue growth.
As the actual revenues in joint ventures will be calculated based on the net profit. If we use 20% (just guessing) as a margin, and that revenues from joint ventures shall give us (50m+60m)*0.2*0.5=11m. This part will probably be treated as a dividend instead of the direct revenue according to their presentation, so I don't know how this works when it comes to the tax.
For the rest of the revenues, if we also assume a 20% gross margin, then we will have a total of 11m + (15m + 49m + 18m + 36m + 68m + 15m + 15m +11m)*0.2=56.4m gross profit. This is just a simplistic assumption based on their numbers. Time will tell how this can play out in a long term.
