I don't disagree with much of what you both say, except that I do not want a mediocre upgrade to drop while at 2.8c, with a weak buy side.
Should have dropped it at 4c, and we pull back to here. Drop it now and we are off to 2.2c.
Markets will probably turn soon, (IMO only), so i'm just going to defer to them on this one, and hope they are strategically managing this in all our best interest. I'm ready to pile on if I'm wrong.
Hopefully some REE news can save us!
