    The loan is from a major share holder: Bolong.

    Loan initially agreed in May 2016 - Bolong loaned $5 million to the Company for use onthe Projects. $1m paid back to Bolong upon listing on the ASX.

    Loan outstanding is $4m with an interest rate of 6%pa.
