I'd suggest for their cash register monitoring software there is a lot of competition, despite what the Prospectus would have us believe.
Because the TAM is so large there are countless companies as well as new companies entering this space. There are however many different applications within the computer vision sector - agriculture, health, retail, banking, etc etc.
Some companies that could threaten RocketBoots cash register monitoring solutions include Grabango, Brain Co Ltd, Bossa Nova, Trigo, Zippin, Standard AI (aka Standard Cognition), AiFi and even Amazon GO stores. The counter argument is that the cost of setup prevents cashierless stores (or just walk out JWO) from gaining mass adoption anytime soon. Particularly for grocers who already operate on such thin margins (~2.5%). They require hundreds of cameras as well as shelf sensors such as weight sensors, load cells and pressure sensors. Here's a few videos on how cashierless stores work

With regards to their ability to identify theft and improve covert schedules, Vaak is a company competing in this space.

Walmart is another company using AI-enabled cameras to eliminate shoplifting.
With regards to their retail bank solutions I've yet to find a direct competitor but will continue looking.
With such a competitive landscape and big players with deep pockets such as Amazon in the computer vision space I think RocketBoots success will depend on moving quickly to gain market share and getting embeded in customers systems - sticky with high switching costs.
