    Any JV would be only for the Hydroxide refinery set up under a different company in which LTR would own a certain percentage so there won't be any dilution. LTR would have an off-take agreement with the new refinery company to sell spodumene. Nothing will be produced until after they get production to 700mt however they will probably continue to do feasibility studies in the mean time.

    The Chinese have managed to put a cap on the run away lithium price. Early days though. There might be a 10-15% fall in the short term but mid to long term the price looks to have stabilised around current prices. Globally, EV companies have been increasing prices for their vehicles which runs the risk of demand destruction so probably not a bad thing. The price trajectory for Lithium was unstainable.
