I was wondering specifically whether some of the licences and permits might add to the farms value - for loan security purposes. Plus the tech all set up and ready to go. You can't buy that off the shelf - to produce a highly specialised product like this. The whole bundle, ready to go, may extend the lenders comfort zone above land value.
??. I don't know, ECS is the first cannabis farm i have ever part owned.
Anyway.... i guess we will see soon enough. I am very comfortable with the overall situation as it stands.
