This is not that uncommon with exploration companies as you may be targeting a particular commodity... But if you find an economic deposit outside the commodity you are targeting you owe it to all vested interests to exploit value from it.
And with a huge focus on REE by Western governments to reduce the reliance on China, it could be a case of right commodity at the right time. Either that or this is just a fad chasing lifestyle shell, time will tell.
