management have a bit of skin in the game. they also topped up at the previous CR back in 2020. my gut feel is that any institutional investors would need to see the acquisition first before they buy in as there is no history to know whether these guys can integrate a new company in to the current. once that happens and given it is good I think risk would be high. furthermore this is a growth stock which has maintained its price throughout the market sell off so I think it's not all bad albeit frustrating. if management keep performing then attention will come. for now just top up on any weakness or hold until your thesis changes
