Your talking convertible debt funding, yes i think this is an option and has been used by other bio tech in Australia to get funding. Essentially cash upfront and they will receive stock/equity at a later time and date - hopefully by then the stock has risen but this is still diluting funding
I think its in play and something along these lines will be announced post Covid results
Just not sure how the market reacts - good to have funding sorted but still future dilution
