Hi Itsa, I am not sure whether Koutchin is good value sorry, I am not sure of what his or XEC remuneration is and all the activity and or advice he provides.
I have dealt with him during the previous CR and he did his best to facilitate an acceptable outcome for me in that CR.
I imagine he is there to take some load of Mark and other Directors in relation to specific investor inquiries. I only speculate but it could be possible he does some duties along the lines of what some Company Secretaries do, in past decades I have made many queries through company secretaries instead of taking up the time of the CEO or a Director.
