    • US$4.65m litigation funding facility in place to support all legal costs
    • Success based repayment
    • Proven track record - since 1998 LCM have funded 237 disputes, 226 have been successful

    Looks like LCM are very good at what they do having won 226 out of 237 cases they have taken on - that is impressive performance and equally suspect LCM only take on cases they believe are likely to be won
