There is no mention anywhere of the ACCC being interested in assessing SDF's about to be completed acquisition of Insurance Brands Australia.
This is a positive, as interfering bureaucrats cost companies dearly with takeovers at risk of being rejected or similarly suboptimal, delayed.
When SDF emerges from its trading halt, probably tomorrow, we'll have a good idea of 'Mr Market's' sentiments re the ongoing growth of the company.
