I'm with you Sgt, these folk issued warrants with a strike price of $1.30 in February last year, Goldman Sachs has just forced them down to 18 cents and they reckoned it was a cost saving. Now it does an urgent institutional capital raise. Maybe turnover of $195mil, revenue of $4.8mil and expenses of $8.8mil had something to do with it
