OBL seems very good at providing returns to third party capital and employees; while returning shit to shareholders.
I think I much preferred the balance sheet funding of previous years. The fund 1-3 structures are truly awful for shareholders. There is a time value of money that hasn’t been considered. The much vaunted “management fees” are pitiful
