A sub-par result in the next 12 months should signal the end of tenure for the underperformer still surviving at board level.

I'll continue to accumulate at these levels and see what the new team can achieve with some clear track in from of them.

Don't get me wrong... I do too, but that IMO is somewhat worst case (ex imploding....)
