Items 1 and 2 below are something EOS has little or no control of, but 3 and 4 are EOS's problems. Hopefully 3 does not recur and 4 will be costly but hopefully it saves the business from administration. It appears as though management should have taken action, to reduce overheads, before the strategic review started.
