My fourth order to Parchem for more Edencrete has been delayed. Ordered on Aug 19 and after a couple of weeks I contacted them by both phone and email with no response. I called again yesterday and was told ETA Sept19 with no explanation re delay. Unfortunate because we've run out of product and will have to rely on alternative admixes until it arrives.
