Agree the weight of the K9 40 to 50 tonnes is not all armor plate but i would absolutely question yr 10% figure.That makes no sense imo for various reasons. My lazy suggestion was the K9 depending on fit out is a 40 to 50 ton vehicle.The boxer 24 to 38 ton depending on fit out,the rheinmetall lynx 34 to 50 ton. The bushmaster 15 ton. Now as i;m not prepared to research the armor plate involved in each vehicle i can only repeat bisalloy stated clearly they had received the initial order for boxer armor plate describing it as 'a substantial order'. And call it a coincidence look at the increase in FY22 imo due to 'initial' boxer order. So the k9 order was'is due this quarter without doubt it will b described by bisalloy as a 'substantial' initial order.imo

I'll start with comments by bisalloy regarding the market 'leaders' for Q&T in china,that is SSAB and Bisalloy.SSAB was no1 Bisalloy no2 but Bisalloy expects to be 'NO1 Q&T' chinese supplier if not already. Boasteel does have a heat treatment facility,but so does bluescope steel.Heat treatment has norelevance to high grade Q&T technology. I mention German certification for a reason,its a brilliant selling point for bisalloy when various customers are looking for the worlds best quality and consistent quality for armor plate and as post bisalloy is one of only 3 global companies that have German certification.Yes Z grade is still outstanding but as posted bisalloy was able to supply 80% of the boxer armor plate without Z grade certification.Bisalloy was able to supply the armor plate for the Lynx lance turrets sent to hungary without Z grade certification.I'll leabve it at that.
Maybe you could post some type of information confirming boasteel is capable of producing q&t armor grade i also have wondered where china i guessed russia i would b interested.
