When MT arrived I thought private equity but nothing has happened. The last thing shareholders want is a takeover as Bisalloy has been building to this point for a decade and here it is.

A few interesting plays ‘off the ball’ include MT buying up large chunks, a director buying 100k around 90 cents, a couple of more recent purchases by directors although small they signify interest. And there was the extremely well researched ‘new thread’ earlier in the year concentrating on all that was wrong with Bisalloy which generated plenty of volume.....***hmmm.

All oldish news but Bisalloy is a slow cooker.
