Why not concentrate 50/50 on the REX Uranium project in the US and lithium at the WA site.
So, 4 mil into each one. Forget about the other minerals imho...
Or just pump the 8 mil directly into the REX Uranium project. Nuclear energy is where it's at atm to take over from fossil fuels.
Either way Malcolm will find a way to make MOM a revenue generating suçcess he has a track record of doing it just don't be surprised if he turns REX into a porn star instead of a uranium king. Then divorces REX from MOM and marries him himself
