Nice TA chart ......., however it is one of three possibilities for the Gold Price. Up, sideways, down.
No doubt, we are getting closer to a cyclical bottom in the Gold Price. Not enough evidence to confirm the bottom yet.
That being said, some interesting catalysts are in place for SNG.
1. Drill core assays are way over due for Alexander River & Big River. Management probably already know the results and are preparing the requisite ASX announcement(s). Investors can only wait for the results to be released. Suffice to say the next round of results need to be good /exceptional to have an impact on the SNG share price.
2. As @fullmetal100 proffers, the cyclical Gold Price bottom (XAU/USD) could, in fact, be in place with technical validation occurring imminently.
3. 5,000,000 SNG options exercisable at $0.25 lapse on 15 January 2023. (2,000,000 held by BR, 2,000,000 held by PA, 1,000,000 - others).
With respect to the Director's Options, pursuant to Clause 10.3(g) of the SNG Prospectus, the Option holder can elect a cashless exercise. For the "cashless exercise entitlement" to be of value the options will need to be well in the money. Alternatively, the Directors can exercise upto 2,000,000 Options each @ $0.25 resulting in a $1,000,000 cash investment in the Company by senior management. The third alternative is that the 15 January 2023 options will expire worthless.
Positive outcomes from one or more of the above events will hopefully reward long term shareholders.

Note: Today is the 2 year anniversary of SNG listing on the ASX. SNG is down approximately 28% from the $0.25 IPO price which is very close to the relative performance of the Australian Gold Miners ETF (ASX:GDX) over the same period.
