A capital raise will have to be after the General meeting on 11/11/22, as this meeting (if successful) frees up the ability to issue new shares, by gaining shareholder approval of the recent combined issues of just under 2.5 billion shares.
Kind of resets the clock, to allow issue of 15% more shares without share holder prior approval.
