Although they have plenty of orders to fill next year, the market is worried about the effects of mortgage stress on new car sales - you pay the home mortgage and put off buying a new car as there's no money left after all those ever increasing domestic bills and maybe no credit left either to borrow more.
I think that theory makes a lot of sense unfortunately.
I also think that the Canberra purchase was costly when measured against the EBITDA margin and has happened at an inopportune time for shareholders with the other party benefiting more.
