On the management team - I held DRE as well though all sold out now. But I would say the MD Dean Tuck there is the main man running the show, rather than Ian? How much influence does Ian have as a non-executive chairman there (I'm not 100% clear on the responsibilities of different director/chairman roles...)?
Before WML, Jason had been the GM Exploration/Managing Director/ Non Executive Director for MCT for almost 4 years, and MCT's share price has gone down the toilet. My point is, Jason's performance is yet to be proved with WML, everybody deserves a second chance but he still needs to win shareholders trust here (no blind trust from me at least). Track record matters a lot and it's one thing I always check.
