They can issue a max of 15% of their existing 63million shares on issue.
15% of 63million is ~10million shares can be issued.
This means, post next CR, which isn't expected until mid 2023, Desert Metals would still only have 73million shares on issue....
With only 73million shares on issue, with more than 12 months of cash at hand (to mid 2024).
