Great to see Desert Metals is now in the position to start talking to institutional and professional investors at these events after their Significant REE Discovery at Innouendy.

As drilling results are released, confirming shallow, thick, high grade Rare Earth Elements in Clays are apparent 5km-10km 20km strike length and 5km wide, it is these Institutional and Professional investors take investment positions into DM1, which will see DM1 hit new all-time highs in market cap and share price to better reflect the insitu value of these valuable minerals.

A very interesting statement in orange below:eek.png

    "
Large extent of untested target area for Potentially Globally Significant Clay REE minerilisation" As DM1 confirms these thick shallow high grade REEs stretch along the 10km-20km strike, Innouendy will be rerated as a Globally Significant REE mineralisation.

    Why is this important?
A world class REE deposit would see DM1's market cap quickly lift above Arafura's Hard Rock REE asset and $655million market cap and towards $1Billion, into the Top 3 above....(See REE Market Cap table above)

I hadn't even contemplated that Innouendy could be a Globally Significant Clay REE mineralisation.

As demand for these REEs surges, prices have boomed.

The advantages of a Clay Hosted REE deposit over a Hard Rock REE deposit are important to understand. (See table below)

Significantly less Capex and Opex Costs for Clay Hosted REEs, as well as faster timeframe to production since the Clays are from surface at Innouendy, thick and consistent for 5km-10km-20km x 5km wide(assays will confirm REE mineralisastion strike shortly.

EG Simple a open pit mine, with diggers, dozers and haul trucks.

You can clearly see how cheap Clay Hosted REE deposit are to develop and mine, compared to hard rock REEs below. Especially one that extends for 20km x 5km wide and the clays are thick and start from surface....

Of course, we cannot forget Dingo Pass and those 30,000Siemens Conductors in The Dome and Komatiite Rock with nickel-copper and PGEs in the soils above them.

The RC drilling began last week into these conductors, which will test for massive sulphide with high tenor (grade) Pentlandite(Nickel Ore) /Chalcopyrite(Copper Ore).

They will also commence with follow-up Diamond Drilling in 2 weeks.

Most likely once they hit massive sulphides with pentlandite and chalcopyrite they will twin the holes with a diamond drill to gain a better understanding of the geological structure of these conductors. Dr Rob Stuart specifically mentions they will be drilling into the 30,000Siemens conductors with BOTH RC and Diamond Drill cores.

Belele will also be interesting, with RAB/AC drilling planned into the Mingia Range Greenstone belt that hosts the very large Big Bell gold deposit to the South and Sandfire's Degrussa 80km to the South East.

It is very exciting to see DM1 is now in the next stage of Exploration Success, confirming the size and grade of that Significant REE Discovery at Innouendy, 10km-20+++km x 5km wide.

Dr Rob Stuart and Dr John Mair are very conservative geoscientists, they would not have released an ASX Announcement stating "Assays confirm significant Rare Earth Discovery at Innouendy" unless something very big and very valuable is brewing there...

Given the timing of today's presentation by Dr Rob Stuart, I'd expect that we should start to see these 11,000metres of assays start to slow quite soon TBH.

These pending assays will provided added weight to the geological model that Innouendy is indeed a Globally Signficant REE deposit.
