They are fair concerns, and although MM8 already has a head start along the permiting and feasibility route even best case scenario this project is 2 plus years away from construction begining, hopefully by then conditions have changed.
What I like about management and Particularly Paul(MD) is that he is focused on seeing this project through to development and cognisant of shareholders interests.
As far as kundip itself it looks like they have a fairly good handle on where the mineralisation is as most holes seems to be drilled in the correct spot.
