This could also mean because the BoD's have failed so badly in obtaining financial support from major institutions, that the company is near on its knees and a change of tact is required because of the boards failures in all aspects of getting interested parties involved, so this is imo just anther well worded Doc that lends itself to the scenario of we are going to struggle big time and by asking for partners it maybe another way to continue, make no mistake Auz are in serious trouble money wise and therefore need to try everything possible to save their skins.
