This post is my opinion and this is relative to the investor presentation thread because it deals with management credibility.

Has it occurred to you that Sally Will is perhaps taking a stance to vote down the AUZ board IN PROTEST, thereafter to sell out again.

The thought had occurred to me as well, I however have not done that.
The board needs 90% replacement in order to achieve some credibility, the longer you hold onto the board at AUZ the more chance you have of capital raise failure and an almighty mess as a result.

In business you often get one chance to fix a real problem, this board has had 9 lives in my opinion, what will happen on the 10th one, time is running out.

It is up to the investors to take a stance, the board is not incentivised to do so, in my opinion.
