It is a bit depressing.
Financially I feel bullied.
The takeover will have to be 500M or 6 times current value at the very least to ease my disappointment.
I wonder if the fund managers in australia know about this?
Would they stay away because the competition erodes there control or do they get in because of potential short term gains and ability to force a higher price ?
I have no idea how fund managers operate when the sniff of a takeover is in the air.
