Depends how you look at it. The fact we have Fred and relative/Family own over 5 isn't necessarily a bad thing. I would imagine they wouldn't be happy with this move, Surely there other ways to raise which are non dilutive loan possibly?. Sure it's great we get an opportunity for shares just not sure it's the best thing without a deal coming.

Position doesnt change on the opportunity ahead. People lose patience.... We are in a bear market.
