I dont think a bank would buy it as other banks are using the id8 tech themselves..

As a value proposition for another company to sweep it up and incorporate into a SaaS offering sure... I think it would be very attractive especially if they can get a few more runs on the board. Kyk is going private i believe the very wealthy owner Richard wyte i believe has bought it out to go private that's a regtech for about $40 M

At some point they need to look at the best interest of shareholders... Look maybe us getting this opportunity to get these shares at this Price may work out, but who knows... its very cheap for what they are sitting on agree.
