Must agree with many of the comments, I am very concerned that the VWAP for his incentive scheme starts at 1c, yes he has to improve that by 50% but that's some come down from the 3c VWAP that DW was tasked, also 50% of the incentive is now based on peer group comparison (named) which may or may not be good.
Shareholders should vote in my opinion it's a tangible action unlike just moaning on the boards
