share price performance (60 day VWAP) at between 50% -90%
tenure of service
resources
production
Nothing directly to do with wells or capital raises as far as I can see and every year (as this year) we see the rights lapse.
But I am not defending anything, AG is already very well rewarded and proposed VWAP hurdle at 1c is too low imo
