"LGE have apparently not exited as" - you are assuming no announcement means ongoing, trouble is when LGES want something they actually make it happen. Hence the QPM example again - small equity stake / binding offtake for MHP transitioning to Ni/Co sulphate.

And again, AUZ are proposing changes not LGES - therefore the "negotiations" as you put it is actually AUZ asking for changes which is why I posted the definition of "negotiation" in the first place.
