Stevie you need to read the presentation and prospectus with an open mind - yes it would seem that the Dec finance is out the window - but there is certainly a strong indication that in its place they are in advanced discussions with LGE to become a partner and possibly inject funds into the venture. I would think it would be unlikely they would identify LGE in the manner they have in the presentation without LGE's consent.

Page 2 - Offtake Agreement in Place with LG Energy Solution and in discussions regarding amendment and collaborative partnership
Page 6 - Discussions underway with LGES about sulphate product and strategic collaborative partnership targeting 31 March 2023
and
Prospectus page 20 "receives at least A$2,500,000 (net of fees) under that collaboration agreement or by placement and/or entitlement offer by 31 March 2023."

Where on earth did you get the $3 Billion figure come from? CFMEU payoff really ???

By the way in that area it is more likely to have been a cattle property than a Goat farm
