Admitdely, it is undervalued in an industry agnostic quick look in that its paying 7-8% yeild, and growth is likely to pick up every half year. However, i'm not sure a TO proposal would be halted by stakeholders, if anything generally getting rid of a bunch a whiny retail investors works well for companies, even if they have to pay a premium... and ports are good money.
