Cant imagine a TO.....suspect the market has woken up to the returns available from DBI compared to the rest of the market. Slowly coming to the understanding they are shipping met coal not thermal coal and not everything black is bad. Also less funds looking for a place which offers profits and capital gains and DBI tops the list.
How far can it run....dollars with a 3???
