Here we are and we may close at or above the all time high of $2.80 where it closed on 27 March 2023. That same day DBI spiked to $2.90 on extraordinary volume.

im thinking this steady climb will be running out of steam once we get a 3 handle. Still a reasonable yield and the CPI linked take or pay contracts are golden
