Importantly credit agencies both rated BBB with stable outlook.
Important to me as the credit agencies know much more than I about the true debt structure.
Very happy with my investment at 10% of the portfolio (very very rare for me).
Very juicy dividend that is tax advantaged to those that hold longer term, and with capital appreciation to boot.
In addition if inflation heads down, watch the market try to chase dividend yields.
