Couldn't agree more. I recently doubled my investment after bailing out of another investment that wasn't returning as well as DBI.
Hard to find an investment that is providing a quarterly income stream with capital gains while all the time having contractual protection over future income.
I also share @retire2021 comments on the high Aussie CPI providing a kick start to future price increases....it's a win-win from all situations.
$2.52 a nice closing price!!
