So your saying the Co has two things that are of value and that they should either sell one before they know what it's worth to get money or part with a large % (50% as unlikely a partner would come in for a minority) of the current value and any further upside value (that is unknown) to avoid issuing more capital????? sounds like a great way of selling yourself short to me.
