I went over the Nov 2022 annc re last CR. They only issued 4 mill shares which is bugger all at $1.60 ish to the company - which funded drilling and will for a while yet. SO for one days turn over, they funded a few qtrs of high cost drilling, setting up, etc.
I understand the rewards for the flow thru take up for Canadian entities that can offset income with an investment in a company in Canada for which they actually get the shares and they can onsell them for an amt which amts to a 50% refund. Noice. I will say - Cannacord obtained those shares for 80c each (for their clients). Which I guess, all things considered and how the deal ultimately resulted in $6mill+ being raised for 4 mill shares - thats a pretty good deal for every single person involved (including dumb ass retail investors like me).
