So get on to PA and politely, but firmly admonish them for the failure in communication, rather than just blindly criticising on here all the time, which serves no purpose. I and everyone else agree with you, they are still poor on communication. As a large shareholder/owner you are entitled to politely critique their management of your capital invested in the company you in part own and use exactly your example to illustrate your point.
