Yes, the target of $1.81 is good and so it should be, now that OMH owns 100% of OM Sarawak the profit will be 33% more than before, not 25% as Fosters state. ie If OM Sarawak produced a profit of say US$160 million, previously OMH would get 75% or US$120 million, (CMSB US$40 million). Now that OMH has purchased the CMSB 25% share then OMH will get 100% ie US$160 million, this is an increase of 33.3% from OMH's previous profit. If it was only a 25% increase then it would only equal US$150 million NPAT.
