"Under the Conditional Framework Agreement, the parties had 150 days to satisfy the conditions precedent, being early February 2023." - from the quarterly report on 23 January 2023

I wouldn't imagine there'd be an announcement that conditions precedent had been satisfied (not material) so I'd almost be expecting another 45 days to hear if a binding agreement has been reached.

I note the slight change in tense between announcements - have 150 days to had 150 days. Had to me suggests the CP's weren't achieved but discussion ongoing.
