Yep those who already hold will be clambering over each other offload into the 11 buy line then replenish on the issue of the new shares plus free oppies.
You can imagine them all like playing a big game of chicken watching the buy side grow and wondering if they should sell into it before one of their peers beats them to it.
Fair play to them tho, if the company creates the conditions for them to make money then why not.
