The last thing this BOD should do is the capital raise now. They should be conserving their cash and learning the lessons of the past. Just drilling on their projects, they way they are doing it, is not delivering any value, in fact it is destroying value. So, they need to stop, think about what they doing and try something different. At the moment all they are doing is chasing the share price down, with continual capital raisings and destroying value. Oh...and they should all stand aside. Time for a change. A new Chair and MD ar least.
