Lawyers should just stick to litigation and leave the investment space to those who live and breathe it. Mixing the two doesn't seem like a good idea. Interesting business model for sure but execution is poor due to lack of a clear discipline.
I would hate to see a tech company mixing disciplines and devising business plans on mixed disciplines.
Sometimes it works and when it does its a beaut investment but this one although captured the imagination seems that execution is rather poor. I'll continue to watch it but seems like a company that is very far from being stable.
